The manufacturing plant shall provide the current production prototype for explosion-proof performance re inspection, and the prototype shall comply with the requirements of the current product drawings and technical documents, and pay the re inspection and testing fees.

1. Three months before the expiration of the validity period of the explosion-proof certificate, the manufacturing plant should provide a formal letter regarding the application for regular re inspection and re inspection of the "explosion-proof certificate". The letter should indicate the original product name, model, specifications, explosion-proof certificate number, certification date, and explanation of the changes made to the current product.

2. CQST will review the original product drawings and technical documents to see if there are any modified parts. And re review and file the modified parts (two copies of the modified drawings and technical documents shall be submitted for review).

3. Review and correct any remaining issues in the original product drawings and technical documents, as well as issues arising from standard revisions, regarding the application of explosion-proof certification.

4. The manufacturing plant shall provide the current production prototype for explosion-proof performance re inspection, and the prototype shall comply with the requirements of the current product drawings and technical documents, and pay the re inspection and testing fees.

5. According to the manufacturer's requirements, the series of products can be serviced at the factory.

6. After the re inspection and re inspection are qualified, the explosion-proof certificate processing office will handle the replacement of the explosion-proof certificate. The issuance of a re examination certificate is five years from the expiration date of the original certificate. If the re examination time is delayed, the validity period of the re examination certificate will be correspondingly shortened. If the expiration date of the national explosion-proof certificate exceeds one year, a full set of explosion-proof inspections should be conducted on the newly sent products.
